ABOUT US

During the Covid-19 pandemic, my husband and I found ourselves craving a date night! We just needed a moment to catch our breath and enjoy each other's company. So every other Friday night we started putting our kids to bed an hour early so that we could make ourselves boards filled with our favorite snacks. I quickly realized that while I was creating a board, all of the stress and anxiety I carried that day would just fall off of my shoulders. It became a form of therapy for me that I never knew I needed. After a few short weeks, I decided to start selling my charcuterie boards across Baldwin County. 

Thus, The Proper Pig was born. We have been bringing you locally sourced, perfectly curated boards & catering since July 2020 and will continue to bring you quality products and customer service as we learn and grow.  Because of you, my clients, I am able to do what I love every single day.
