Not only is the food delicious,  she is fantastic and could not have been easier to work with. When we experienced a "hiccup" with our venue, she never batted an eye and she was beyond accommodating.  We LOVED Bayleigh, her staff, and her food. 10/10 would recommend. "

When I arrived to our reception (without even knowing I hadn’t eaten all day) they anticipated what I would need and had a plate of charcuterie ready for me to eat as I was getting my dress bustled; it was exactly what I didn’t realize I needed! They handled everything with such care, and at the end of the night, even when their cars were towed (thanks Fairhope) they kept a positive attitude and made sure everything was perfect for us. "Bayleigh and her team at the proper pig provided taco bar catering, a grazing table, and tablescape support at my beach house wedding in 30A and I can’t say enough good things! From start to finish, Bayleigh had great communication and was so accommodating. My husband and a few of our guests are vegan, so she even worked with me to add vegan options and a vegan entrée using our preferred products. We even added a couple extras to our contract like cleanup service, and for rentals Bayleigh made sure to understand my vision and have me send her inspo prior to her ordering anything. In the week leading up to the wedding, we had a hurricane threat (stressful!) and even through that time Bayleigh kept checking in and reassured me that we’ll figure out an alternate plan if we need to, which was really helpful and comforting at that time. It felt like working with a friend! On the day of the wedding, everything came together so smoothly and the food was absolutely delicious! All of our guests had great things to say about Bayleigh and her assistant, they were so friendly at the buffet line and ensured service ran quickly and smoothly. I also feel her pricing is fair and competitive compared to other catering options in our wedding area that didn’t provide even a fraction of the customization and inclusions that the proper pig did. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone for a wedding or special event, and I hope to work with them again one day!"
